We're raising $100K

Our community is a diverse group of artists, chefs, designers and activists who believe in our mission to bring more BIPOC chefs into the food industry. We've already started creating a beautiful community space that brings together these amazing people, but we need your help to stock it with all the necessary tools so we can continue our mission.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to fully staff our restaurant and teaching kitchen and complete our beautiful vision for the restaurant interior design.

The interior design and build out of the restaurant are going to cost $100,000. We have already secured a beautiful turnkey space but need to raise money for the design and implementation.

Milestones:

$10,000 - Cover support staff cost for marketing & promotion.

$25,000 - Cover portion of personnel cost for teaching kitchen/restaurant.

$40,000 - Hire 3 trainers for IKEP programmed launching this fall

$60,000 - Cover cost of material for restaurant interior build-out

$80,000 - Cover cost of labor and installation

$100,000 - Marketing and advertising expenses for program launch.
